"Leider hat das Zimmer komplett nach Katzenklo gerochen. Zimmer hatte immer noch Teppichboden. Auch alle Kissen und die Decke haben stark nach Urin gerochen. In den ersten 30 Minuten war der Geruch kaum zu ertragen, danach haben sich unsere Nasen leider daran gewöhnt. Außerdem war das Badezimmer sehr alt und schimmelig."

"We loved the quiet, rural location, with horses to be seen from our window. The staff were very friendly, the beds comfortable, coffee and tea were available any time, and there was a refrigerator to store our cold food items. Aside from the on-site restaurant, the location was not walking distance from any restaurants or shopping. We had a rental car and drove to the nearby towns, which are only 10 minutes away. "Schönes Zimmer mit antiken Möbeln. Das ganze Hotel hat wunderschöne Bilder von Künstlern aus der Region an den Wänden. Man spürt in jedem Winkel das Wirken der Künstlerkolonie. Nebenan der Barkenhof ist ein Besuch wert. Wir sind sehr oft in Worpswede, weil wir den Ort so lieben. "
