"Great hotel in beautiful town. Was upgraded free of charge as the room we booked was not easily accessible with a small baby and pushchair. Room was spacious snd clean. Breakfast was good with amazing fresh orange juice!"

Shoutout to Margaux in the dining room-a wonderful young woman, and also to the staff who checked us out who went out of their way to correct a billing error as we were about to drive away to the Lyon airport. "Not sure if it was because it was end of season but whole area in need of some tlc. Restaurant closed apart from pre ordered breakfast. Kitchen drawers had food bits in them an floor dirty. Not shown where bins or indoor pool was on arrival. Chair broken. A shame as has potential."
