For ex. we had to make our own beds, and a bed sheet was torn/ripped, and we needed to clean up after ourselves to avoid a cleaning charge, which I didn't like on a vacation. "Really loved our stay at this property! Spacious room and love balcony. Small hotel that was perfect for our family and the area was wonderful to walk around and explore. The spa was a lovely bonus although we didn’t realize it wasn’t a service spa until our last day so we weren’t able to use it as much. We also didn’t realize we had to reserve for the restaurant and weren’t able to eat there one of the evenings, but got pizza from across the street and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and it was very peaceful. Also great black out blinds! "

"We enjoyed our stalls at the Grand Poste Hotel - the staff were really helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was a charming building with lovely decor, the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, very easy to go out and explore Vienne, we had a great time seeing jazz around the city at night, a magical experience."
