"Everything was lovely especially the staff helpfulness! They set up a massage for us and an excellent tour with opulentia travel. Our tour driver Kostas was wonderful!! The shuttle drivers were great and assisted us with luggage and directions pleasantly! The only improvement I would recommend is the grounds in front of the outside terrace. The stone walkway needs repair and the grass could be beautified in some way which would add greatly to the outside appearance. Maybe even done sitting areas on the grass to look out over the water.. Everything was excellent and I would come back to this hotel and recommend it to others."

"The front desk woman when we checked in and all other front desk staff we encountered were terse and acted like we bothered them with the exception one woman on Monday morning. The guy who worked the first floor and the breakfast was incredibly nice! Housekeeping kept leaving our window open and by the time we came back at night we had so many bugs in the room. It got so bad that we stopped having them come in until we left. Breakfast was a great spread and worth the money. Overall a great experience. It’s located in an ok spot of the city but close to the not ok spots. One of the best things is that it’s in between two traffic circles that are where tour guide busses pick up. Super helpful! "

"This was a fantastic location and the rooftop restaurant was spectacular - with an unbelieveable view, along with indoor and covered and uncovered outdoor seating. In addition, the breakfast that was included was absolutely amazing. We got the superior room and it had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!"

"Hotel was clean and very convenient with a metro stop out front. The cafe on the street was also very nice and we stopped there every morning. Staff at the lobby were friendly and very helpful. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food at the restaurant. I had the ribeye one night and the filet another. But we mediocre at best. My wife did not enjoy her meals either. We also found the restaurant staff to be not nearly as friendly as the staff at the front desk. Overall a good experience though and will recommend the hotel to others."
