After walking through our summer's luscious garden, you'll enter this lovingly-appointed Mother-in-law, basement, 1 bedroom apartment through your own private entrance.

This wonderful apartment has a King-size bed with luxurious linens and oodles of pillows; TV with cable and free WI-FI; microwave; stove with oven; coffee maker; refrigerator; and a glass shower.

If requested at the time of the reservation, there is a sofa bed that accommodates up to two additional guests. (fees apply)

Great location within minutes of tourist areas; shopping; service areas; grocery stores and so much more. Walking distance to Alaska Regional Hospital (approximately 2 blocks) and within minutes to Providence Hospital.

Inaccurate description

The property was described as an in-law unit. It described the beautiful garden, it did not state it was a dark basement unit. When we complained about the inaccurate description, Cheri told us that in Alaska in-law units are always in the basement. Our friends in Anchorage told us it was not true. When the owner showed us the unit, all the lights were on and the TV was on. The only dark window was dirty. The floor was painted pitch black. We used the garden only one time as the owner used it or it had many potted plants on the table The owner was nice and friendly. We were very unhappy but stayed

Private suite with nice amenities

Very private and secluded suite, separate from main house. Pretty gardens with sitting area. The suite is beautifully decorated and included nice amenities!

Absolutly fantastic!

The moonlit suite was so lovely! The garden areas were delightful and I so loved walking thru them to our suite. The giant flowers, crystal geodes and water features were pretty magical. I got such a kick out of the chickens and ducks! They fit into the gardens perfectly and were not loud or annoying at all. Cher, the on-site property manager made our stay very special. The suite itself is a lovely calming place with a spa like feel. The bed was so comfortable! And the sunken tub was very relaxing. We loved this place bigtime and will be back.
