Great room, simple yet complete. Staff was nice and amenities were sufficient; only changes I would have liked was breakfast going from 7-10 instead of 6-9 and that they have more front desk staff. It was tough to buy a soda when there was an hour wait for checkin and only one clerk.

Our family of four stayed here for one night when we began our Alaska adventure. We got in late and took the free shuttle from the airport. We had to wait a little long, but the shuttle eventually arrived. Our room was standard and the breakfast we thought was good. Hot food and multiple options Took the shuttle back to the airport to pick up our car For us, it was a great option for a quick night before heading on our way

Front staff was great. Lobby & breakfast area were clean & updated, there was a homeless couple helping themselves to coffee in the lobby, bit creepy. Room furniture was banged up, scratches, missing doors on cabinet. Bedding was clean as was bath, just looked dingy. Was ok for one night stay before air travel.

We arrived after midnight after a long day of travel. This hotel was located close to the airport and offered shuttle service. The shuttle took a while to arrive (20 minutes or so). Staff was friendly. We picked this hotel based on the price point. We were only sleeping for a few hours before our cruise left the next day and spending upwards of $500-$600 seemed a bit much. This hotel was in the $300+ range and served its purpose for what we needed. There was a nice walking trail just behind the hotel too.

The room was a bit if a disappointment in that it was depressing. Carpet was worn and way too dark. Room was painted a depressing dark color too. Staff were pleasant and helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Morning breakfast was very good.

We had a 11 hour layover so we needed a room last minute and this location was very accommodating! We were able to early check into a room with no issues and was provided complimentary shuttle to and from the Anchorage airport. Staff was very nice! Only complaint was the AC in the room wasn't working well. Great korean food next to the hotel as well!

Older Hotel…The phone in the room was dead. We had to go to the front desk for more towels etc. The safety latch on our room door was broken. Not in a great location other than close to the airport. They do have an airport shuttle which is why we chose that location. The man that drove us to the airport was great!
