The Showerhead was stuck, so you would have to adjust the water temperature and then step in wasting water. The toilet exhaust fan didn't work. But the hotel and rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Close to many good restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was great.

Hotel was very old. When we approached a guy who worked there since the internet wasn’t working and he said” just wait it will come back on” was useless. Our FREE shuttle never came. Sketchy staff working cleaning the rooms. The dining room lady worker was amazing. Wouldn’t recommend.

The beds do not have mattress covers. We got a bloody mattress. We got a new room which was not much better. The rooms are not clean. By the pool the ceiling was leaking. The tub was slippery and would not drain properly. The towels were stained. Very disgusting hotel. Would never stay here again. One male staff stated that the hotels in California are worse which was quite rude.

landed late & was given keys to a room not cleaned yet. got a new room. parking was in back & was a dark lot plus shipping containers took up most of the parking lot. Overall I was disappointed for a Wyndom. The pics are deceiving. It was in an okay area. Away from downtown which is good for this country girl. People nice. The overall appearance of the room was okay. their is some maintenance that does need to be done (painting, mattresses saggy, ...).

Room was not that clean. Carpets throughout hotel was dirty. I had slimy guck in our Keurig, which I cleaned, and then it didn't work! Breakfast buffet was fine. That room was clean. Paint peeling on walls and door frames. Shady people hanging out or staying there...not sure why? Heater was not working; it was cold, called desk, and was THEN told how to turn it on on...on the wall on the other side of the room. Did not feel safe...was glad to leave. Not at all like other Wyndhams we've stayed at...

While the staff were very helpful and kind, the building is in pretty rough shape. The bedding had stains that didn't come out. The deadbolt lock on the door didn't work. But the price was very good. The parking lot could use a cleaning. Lots of trash and a brokendown car.
