This upstairs unit is perfect for your family or friends as a basecamp for all of your Alaska adventures.
Located 7 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Anchorage. Carrs grocery store and several places to eat are within less than a mile. It is a short walk to Jewel Lake and Sand Lake for trout fishing or to play with your family at the playground. The Coastal Trail and Kinkaid Park have several trails and are a short drive.
The space
This newly remodeled upstairs unit is three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a full sized kitchen with eat in dining and open concept that flows into the living room. Brand new appliances, fresh paint and new flooring throughout. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and night stand.
Guest access
The whole upstairs unit is available to you with access to a gated front yard. There is also extra freezer space accessible upon request.
