We liked this place. Our room was clean and fairly large. There is a small cafe next to the lobby where we enjoyed a salad, burger and a beer. This hotel is walkable to the museum, shopping and ship creek.

Good price for a very clean room and comfortable bed. The surrounding area is sketchy and the front desk staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the transient nature of some of the guests. But for a quick overnight stay, it was fine. We slept well.

Clean, comfy room with nice new furniture and a very well appointed bathroom, but super unhelpful desk staff, besides 1 young lady, everyone else, specially at night time, was super unhelpful and wouldn't even try to hide how unbothered and unwilling to help they were. Also, it has been recently renovated so some things ain't working 100%.

Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

The room configuration was great and the kitchen had enough equipment to cook basic meals. The unit was modern and clean. Laundry facilities were great. Our experience was let down by attention to detail by the staff. The morning we arrived we reported a faulty air conditioner that was not working at all in the living room and stuck on HOT for the bedroom. Despite reporting it before midday on the day we arrived, it was not fixed until the next day, meaning we had a hot night, windows open and noise from the traffic. Cleaning products were left in the bathroom. We were a party of 3 guests- the fold out lounge was not made up and we had to request sheets pillows etc at 10pm at night and make it up ourselves. When our room was made up the next morning, tea and coffee was not topped up, body wash in the shower was not topped up and they only left 2 fresh towels. A bit more attention to detail by management and staff would make this a great place to stay.

This property is much more of an extended stay instead of a hotel. We stayed for four days and never had a room clean or clean towels. We did not ask for them either! The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the carpets in the elevator and hallways were not clean. Some of the staff were nice but very inexperienced. In the mornings be sure not to wake them up! Aside from that the girl that was preparing the breakfast was very kind and the gentleman who runs the bar (separate business) was the best! Coffee did not arrive in the loby until around 6:30 or 7:00 am and the breakfast was $15 for cereal, pastries, bagels, juice and something hot. Not sure what it was. The location is very walkable to downtown with all that you want and need about a 15 to 20 minute walk, sometimes not in the best of neighborhoods. If you are looking for grocery or drug store, that is an Uber ride.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, making it a great base for exploring Anchorage. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The only downside was that our room overlooked the car park. Unfortunately, groups of people gathered there late into the evening and into the early hours of the morning, talking, laughing and yelling, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. If you're staying here, I'd recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the car park. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we'd happily stay again if we could get a quieter room.
