Inside, the home features a cozy and functional layout with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and in-unit washer and dryer. All three bedrooms are well-furnished with quality linens and offer restful space for families, friends, or business travelers.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living space, and laundry area. Check-in is contactless via a smart lock, and free parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway.

Please note: Guests may not park in the middle of the cul-de-sac, as this is a shared residential space and must remain clear for neighbors and emergency vehicles. Violations may result in fines or towing at the guest's expense.

The home is ideally located just 5 minutes from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport and 10 minutes from downtown. You’ll also be close to lakeside trails, parks, and local dining options. While Anchorage is best navigated by car, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transit is within walking distance.

Whether you're here for a remote work retreat, a family vacation, or a launchpad for Alaskan adventures, this property combines comfort, location, and a rare local experience watching planes come and go—right from your backyard.

All VRBO bookings will have a $300 damage/incidental hold placed and will be released 48 hours after check out.

- Guests must provide Government ID prior to finalizing reservation.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises.
- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana/drugs at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch. You WILL be charged for the use of an Ozone machine and the cost to launder any additional linens if you choose to smoke in the building.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Please ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.
