Ocean-view Cabins on the Anchor Point Bluff
As far west as you can travel on Alaska’s highway system, our cabins sit on a private 5‑acre bluff property overlooking the Cook Inlet. Enjoy breathtaking ocean and volcano views of Augustine, Mt. Iliamna, and Mt. Redoubt, along with unforgettable sunsets and peaceful surroundings. This secluded retreat offers a true front‑row seat to Alaska’s dramatic coastal beauty.
Iliamna Cabin features a cozy open‑concept layout that maximizes space while comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a twin‑over‑full bunk bed, a full bed accessed by ladder in the loft, and a twin sleeper sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with a two‑burner stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with basic cooking essentials & coffee. The bathroom includes a stand‑up shower, with shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided for your convenience.
Step outside onto your private porch, where you’ll find a BBQ grill and seating—perfect for relaxing and taking in the surrounding views. There is another cabin (Augustine cabin) located on the opposite side of the boardwalk, making the two cabins a great option for two couples or families traveling together, while still offering enough privacy to enjoy the Iliamna Cabin as a standalone stay.
This cabin is on a 5 acre property including four other rental cabins and is located just 15 miles from Homer, offering easy access to charter fishing, excellent dining, and the famous Homer Spit. Set slightly off the highway, the cabin provides added privacy and a quiet, memorable stay amid breathtaking natural beauty. It is also located just one mile from the Anchor Point River and Anchor Point beach access and boat launch.
Shared amenities include a gazebo with fire pit, griddle, picnic tables, fish‑cleaning station, hammock, and viewing deck, creating plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Wildlife sightings are common, adding to the authentic Alaskan experience. For safety, children should be supervised outdoors due to nearby bluff edges.
The Iliamna Cabin offers a rare blend of comfort, seclusion, and unforgettable scenery—making it an ideal base for fishing, wildlife viewing, and experiencing Alaska’s rugged coastal beauty. Check-in/Check-out Policies: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM

What a gem !! Absolutely stunning, super clean. So friendly, great communication! And so very helpful ! Epic stay , wildlife and fishing. A must see place .
We absolutely loved our cabin! The view was beautiful and the cabin was clean and just the perfect size. I will definitely go back to the anchor point cabins.
This is a really wonderful property in an absolutely incredible location. Although there were many things that we did in Homer and around the area, we were all always happy to return to the cabin becuase we didn't want to miss out on more time there.
The cabin was exactly as explained. We expected it to be tight, and had prepared our kids for us to be on top of one another, but we did not anticipate how well used the space would be, and the fact that although there were five of us in a small space, it never felt too small.
I highly recommend this stay. I'm was born and raised in Alaska, so we come back every year for family, and although we try to go to different parts of the state each time, I expect we'll want to stay here again.
