We stayed one night. It was an unplanned overnight stay, so we didn’t do too much research. Unfortunately, we should have read the reviews before booking online. Check in took a very long time. The gentleman was nice, but it felt like I was buying a car with the amount of time we spent at the counter. Also, the check in employee took our parking ticket because they needed to include it in up front payment. He never gave us the ticket back—this would cause more time wasted when we were trying to leave the property the next morning. You need a ticket to get out of the parking lot. The room is very damp. Everything in our room felt wet in the morning. I had to use the hair dryer to dry out our clothes. The HVAC system is in serious need of an update. We checked in during the evening. We are a family of 4 & there were only 3 towels in the room (1 was soaking wet already!). I tried calling the front desk but our room phone was non-functional. I tried calling the hotel number from my phone—No one ever picked up. So, I walked up to the front desk to request additional towels at 10:40pm & the lady said there was no one until the morning available to get us towels. That was frustrating since we only stayed here after going to the beach so we could shower & have a good night’s rest. Overall, would not recommend. It’s very uncomfortable in the room. The pool & little water park is pretty, but not worth it.

this hotel is very old and the rooms are also small, we had a leakiest roof and toilet, the beds are terible and the pilots look like crakes from the excessive used and very bad smell. this was a terrible experience . i will never go back.

NOT APPROPIATE FOR SMALL BUSINESS EVENTS For business reasons, I paid for the stay, breakfasts, dinner and parking of 4 people, 4 rooms from December 12 to 14, 2022 at this hotel. As part of the work that these 4 people were going to do me, they asked to be able to meet for about 3 hours a day in a private space of the hotel on the day of their arrival and the day of departure. I notify to “reservations” of this requirement when making the arrangements and paid in advance the lodging. Three days before the arrival, the hotel contacted me and told me that for those 2 meetings of 4 people, I had to sign a formal contract with the “Banquet Office” and they offered me an amphitheater with capacity for 150 to 200 people at a cost of $500 per meeting. I told them that I was not going to hold a convention or party and that my need was for a table for 4 people, but they insisted that the only thing they could offer to me was the anti-theater and that I had to pay them in advance. After this, they insistently made phone calls and sent emails pressing me for the payment of the amphitheater in advance and threatened to cancel everything if I did not pay the requested dates within three days. Long story short…I had to cancel one of the meeting and paid $459.00 for a simple table and 4 chairs so my guests could meet on December 12th no matter I brought them the lodging business with dinners and breakfasts for 2 days. Definitely, this hotel is NOT SUITABLE for this type of lodging needs.

The hallway leading to our room had a heavy damp smell, and the carpets were showing extensive water damage. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and the sheets were stained and rumpled. The "view" was of what appeared to be an employee parking lot, and the door leading outside had three different locks, which felt like there had been security issues. The staff didn't offer a full refund, and only after insisting refunded only taxes and the resort fee.

Do not stay here. The place was dirty. My room had black mold the room was dirty and the AC was leaking. They did not help me. I asked for management and no one was ever available.

I was put into a different room than I rented had to show them a picture of the room. I rented online through Expedia. No Internet I like to take a bath so I was sure to get a room with a bathtub but when I asked for a plug so that I could plug the bathtub, I was told that none of the rooms had a working bathtub The room was old and moldy Staff was young and while they were very polite, they didn’t seem to give a damn whether I was comfortable or not This is a working vacation for me so I was very concerned with the no Internet when I asked about the Internet they told me to go to the bar try to log on there and then go back to my room that didn’t work either There’s no control for the air conditioning in your room and it was so cold. I had to take the sheets and blanket off of the other bed to stay warm.

Good food but the customer service is bad. Room has broken courtins, bathroom has mold, air condition stop work the night before we have to leave but the did not bother. Many places were closed like the game room, the mini golf and the jacuzzi. In general was a dissapointing experience. We won't go back or either recommend it.

I enjoyed how convenient everything was and how they had different options of things to do there. But I don’t enjoy the beach umbrellas breaking and hitting my nine month old child in the face and hotel staff send a security guard to take an incident report to cover themselves legally, not one person from management or the hotel came to check on my son after finding out what had occurred. You would think they would send someone from their staff to apologize but they didn’t just the security guard who wanted to take an incident report to cover themselves. I was told I was going to be compensated and I never was. Quite frankly I enjoyed my time but me having to miss out on spending time with friends and family because I had to stay back at the hotel to take care of my son to make sure he didn’t suffer a concussion and because I was too upset and nervous to take him out so I was stuck to the room for almost 2 days out of the five that I stayed all because the umbrella wasn’t properly secured. We had a group of about 15 people staying at the resort for five days so you would think they would come and see it somehow especially making about 10 grand on us between drinks casino and restaurant. Other than that the three days that I spent before my child got smacked in the face by a beach umbrella was great.

the sink and the shower head were draining water the tube where the towels hang from kept falling off every so often the next day i went to the pool area and you have to pay for the tubes to use a cost of $5.75 if i'm not mistaken and besides you have to pay for towel service because people really take them, the towels are old and besides if you don't deliver them they have a cost of $25.00 and the pools were dirty and there was only one couple in the pool area the truth I also do not understand what is the show of the bracelet that they give you if to go to the pool area they ask you for a room number or whatever the reason for the bracelet is, the truth is they charge too much for a lousy service the only side they treat well is in the casino . But for the rest I give it a 0 out of 10.
