Private Sunrise Villa with Pool & Garden – 5 mins walk to Beach, Peaceful Escape

"Villa gaia is just up the hill overlooking the bay ,we had a beautiful stay here ,had everything we needed ,really enjoyed the outside bbq area ,where we spent a lot of nights ,cooking, chatting and having a great family time together ,once we arrived and we're greeted by the host ,we were shown around the villa,we had bread/water/juice/milk and other items left for us to use ,which was very helpful and all down to the host getting it for us As for Lefteris the host ,I couldn't praise him enough, his help and assistance, from the moment we booked until we departed, was exceptional, booked us transfers recommend restaurant, even booked us a table ( and brought a cake ) so we could celebrate a family birthday, sorted out car hire ,and when needed help with anything else ,he was either coming round or getting someone to help us, I have spoken with him ,and said we would return in future ,Lefteris me and the family really enjoyed our time spent in your lovely villa"

"We had several nights here and it is one of the cleanest and tidiest places I’ve ever stayed (and I travel a lot!). Nice kitchenette with enough plates and utensils to prepare simple meals. Very well maintained property, pool and deck. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location- just a few minutes walk down the hill to the beautiful beach (find the back path). We would like to have stayed longer!"

"We stayed 12 days at this magical villa. The host and cleaning staff were amazing. The view was breathtaking from every space of the villa. Our daily relaxing pool side days were exactly what we needed!"

"Captain Nick is a beautiful spot; getting to see the ocean and great places to eat all within walking distance. The beach does get packed so I would suggest to get their early and bring water shoes. The super market and all the comforts you need are there. The balcony points towards the sea."

"The villa was beautiful. The rooms and outdoor areas had incredible views, the pool was perfect, it was easy to find and in a little village with a couple of lovely tavernas (we liked them both, but Xaris probably just a little more). We had a perfect stay and didn't want to leave. Morten and Vivi sent us really clear and helpful instructions and advice and were super responsive when we had questions. The road to get to the villa was quite narrow but we never had any issues and it's a small price to pay to be perched on a hillside and have such a gorgeous view over the sea, mountains and islands."

"Beautiful villa which was much larger and even more impressive than seen in the photos. We stayed as a family of 5 and there was plenty of room. The villa was very clean and well-equipped with everything you may need. Beds were very comfortable.The view was simply stunning looking out over Ithaca and the islands beyond. Fantastic location near to a supermarket and pizza take away. Beach was easily accessible. Lots of restaurants in Nidri. One small point was that we were unsure where to place additional rubbish and would have benefited from instructions.We had a fabulous time and would recommend a stay in this stunning villa."
