We are sorry you are disappointed because we asked you to leave since you damaged several items in our rooms and your room did require extra cleaning due to your service animal in tyrainig using the balconies as a relief area. It took our housekeeping staff 2 hours more than usual to clean the room. Again, we are sorry that our hotel did not meet your expectations.

The only thing that was inconvenient is the placement of the toilet paper roll holder. It was hard to turn/twist to reach it.

Property was very clean and the staff was super friendly when my key wouldn’t let me in the room. They provided muffins and cereal for breakfast which was nice since my friend and I woke up early to tour California everyday.

Very spacious rooms, very poor breakfast. But a resort fee?? Why? That is not a resort. Nor has resort amenities. It is not a bad hotel but the area is not the best and if you are at a lower lever you can hear your neighbors above.

Super nice stay, comfy bed. Nice kitchenette. Nice vanity area with desk and mirror. Overall, super good stay! Only downside… water pressure was awful. & the bath tub/shower seems to have been a previous overlay that is coming loose. So it’s cracking and loose from the bottom. Oh & free coffee/cappuccino machine 24/7!

Great property! Very clean. Loved the vanity light in the bathroom. Full kitchen makes it great for families on a budget. The decor is great! We will be staying again. Highly recommend!

I loved the style of this hotel and how easy it was to check in and find our room. I thought the smell of cleaning supplies was a little overpowering, but at least we had faith that our room was clean! It would have been really nice to have a sliding screen door, as we would have loved to keep the glass door open in the evening, but got a few gnats/mosquitoes that way. We also had a few loud neighbors (shouting/laughing kids), which was a little frustrating when it didn't stop for over half an hour. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will stay again if we need a place in the area.

Good Stay
Great location between Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. USB charging points in the bedroom was great. Friendly staff and grab and go breakfast was convenient when early start head to Disneyland. Free secured parking, a few minutes walking distance to supermarket and food. Will definitly stay again.

The room was great but there was a strange smell coming from the kitchen drain that filled the room. Luckily the was a store nearby so we bought some febrez. Other than that it was a good stay.

Loved the decor. Quiet surroundings. Supermarket and food vendors across the street selling tacos, hot dogs and churros. My only complaint...is the mattress, was not comfortable, and I am not picky but I could not get comfortable.

I love this hotel! It has everything you need in an inviting environment. The only draw back is the small parking lot. If you leave for dinner, a show or a theme park and you come back late you may not be able to find a spot.

the decorations in the hotel were nice, the beds were great, space in the room was good. However, travelocity said that it had a full breakfast and a gym. It does not. I paid the price of a resort and it is not a resort.

Loved our stay here. Will definitely stay again but I really wish they would get a Keurig because I had a difficult time with the old school coffee maker they had. But that's the only negative thing we encountered.

The decorations were lovely and creative lending a very warm and welcoming environment. Visitors feel happy and the laughter of children and parents swimming was delightful. The staff were so kind and pleasant. The rooms were a great size and comfortable. We couldnt the patio becUse of mosquitoes but its cute. The only thing was the breakfast was not free as advertised, you pay.

I'm very happy with my stay here, the rooms are decorated and clean and they come with a full kitchen. I was able to make and pack lunch for Disneyland. Also parking is free and it is 10 minutes away from Disneyland and it is super easy to get to the parking structure. The rooms are clean, comfy, with air conditioning and free wifi. Overall 10/10

I liked that they were accompdating to our situation when our family missed our flight. They held our reservation until the next day, very much making our vacation possible. Our key cards had a few issues on multiple days, not permitting access when needed, but that was quickly remedied. The kitchenette was super convenient and well stocked with all the amenities required to allow my family of four to prepare our own meals and save our money for the fun stuff throughout the area The kids both enjoyed the heated pool and despite the parking lot being rather full, there was always enough space for us to park after returning from the day's activities.The 24-hour concession area was also a pleasant amenity, providing us with coffee and snacks as desired. We would definitely stay at the Peppertree again!

Great stay!
We really liked our stay at Pepper TREE. The rooms were quite large and well appointed. We also had a sweet walled terrace to utilize. A bonus was the adjacent Iranian restaurant with well priced excellent food. The kitchen was a fully equipped so if you chose to cook, no problem and. A grocery store just across the street. Breakfast was minimal with pre packed pastry and muffins and a bowl of fruit. But coffee was good and available 24/7. The hotel is simply decorated in a pleasing rustic Mexican style. We will certainly stay here again when we are in the area.
