Guest rooms are very tired and not well kept. The maids and staff were great, but this place needs some attention in the guest rooms. Common areas were better. Location is great, but the rates are too high given property condition.

I have never stayed in a room that bad like this one, we got wastewater from our sink in the bathroom that smell horrible..!! I tried to cancel the booking and we Expedia does not gave us the money back, and I preferred to loose the money than stay again in this hotel, the management in the hotel just said "sorry" and thats it.. unaceptable for a "5 stars" Hilton Hotel..

When I check in I wasn’t explain how parking works I have pay when I book but when I got out of the parking lot I had to use my credit card which the day at checkout I ask then that’s when they told me k should use the room card like I knew that .

Outdated hotel, this is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are outdated, have not been remodeled for years. On-site Starbucks is overpriced. The same eggs you can get across the street for $5 while they will charge $10! Scones cost nearly double. Last but not least, they will charge you for a cup of water and don’t even mention to you. You can get water for free at any Starbucks. Parking spots in the garage are way too narrow for SUVs. This is a 2.5 star hotel, at most.

I was highly disappointed by our stay. We have stayed here several times in the past for Disney years ago and loved it. However it appears the property has significantly declined in cleanliness and quality. Our rooms’ faucet was damaged and we had to fight it to turn it on/ off. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and had dust in them. Our toilet paper was placed on the sink, not on the wall holder. The TV was ancient compared to other Hilton properties and was difficult to use. No casting/ login app options, which are standard at most hiltons now. The hallway carpets were well aged and it didn’t smell very clean. Prices for snacks and such were more than Disney, which is wild. Staff was absolutely lovely and very friendly. There were no shuttles to the park or really any connectedness to Disney, despite being a “good neighbor hotel”. For the price you might as well stay close to the park or book a hotel with a shuttle, because this didn’t feel very clean or worth the money.

I like the proximity to the convention center and Disney. Other than that, our room looked a little worn and when walking out to the sunset and lanai deck there was nothing really special about it. Just concrete. I would have been really upset if I had upgraded to a room with a view, when it would just be staring at concrete. Other than that, the downstairs eateries were convenient. HUGE and classy but still welcoming for families. Staff were helpful and kind. Easy and CHEAP shuttle to Disneyland. Great location with short walk to Disney and restaurants. Super clean and safe area. Not much for views 5th floor and lower. Pool was average but heated had a great splash park for kids - not heated.

As other reviews stated, the rooms are extremely dated. Knowing that going in I had limited expectations… but didn’t expect a broken toilet. The toilet wouldn’t flush, so we had maintenance come up to fix it while we were out. When we returned the floor was wet, thinking it was just a mess the maintenance left when fixing the toilet. In the morning the towels were drenched, water running all over the floor, puddled up with a constant leak from the toilet. Check in was okay, the directions lacked from hotel officials checking us in as far as where to go. We walked around in circles for a bit before someone finally helped us. The signage needs work. Hotel is overwhelmingly large. The walk to our room was insane. If traveling with a lot of luggage and small children, be advised. My first & last time staying at a Hilton.

Friendly & helpful staff. Dining choices are excellent. The food was good at both the restaurant and bar and having a full service Starbucks makes it that much better. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are flat. The bathroom is decent but the water pressure of the shower could use some work. Overall a great stay for a Disney vacation and I would chose this Hilton again! It’s conveniently located with Disney transportation right out the front doors.

Staff checking us in gave us zero information on how to get to room, where anything was located etc. very rude at check in. Bed extremely uncomfortable, along with pillows. Tv remote didn’t work.. had to ask someone to come up. Shower temperature changed to scalding hot to cold while showering… couldn’t give my kids a shower. Overall will never stay here again.

Qtip in our bed sheets found the first night. When my husband told the front staff member they were snotty and made a comment “just so you know were fully booked.” The cleaning staff were pleasant and completely changed our sheets. Hotel was extremely packed and felt chaotic due to cheerleading convention. Rooms are very outdated. The shower rack broke off the wall during our stay as well as the top lock on our door. I was so disappointed with our stay and treatment for the price.. I’ll never stay here again.

We were sorely disappointed in the staff interactions we had while staying here. The property was expensive, too busy to enjoy the bar or any other area in the hotel, and every person we spoke with about anything was terse and rude. The property was looking pretty rundown, the bedding and shower both had someone else’s hair in them which was pretty gross. We expected more. The only nice and happy employee was scraping gum off the ground in the parking garage. (The parking garage that looks like it’s about to crumble to the ground.) We prefer the Doubletree down the street and will keep going there instead.
