"This is a beautiful relaxing hotel with stunning views, great views and great service. The food was fantastic too. The only tiny negative was that a couple of sockets didn’t work in our room. Also the hairdryer broke and a light bulb went but the hotel sent staff straight away as they have someone on duty are on duty for 24 hours. We had a great holiday"

"First time staying here, and it was a fantastic experience! Everything was clean, welcoming, and made for a perfect stay. The breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view that made our stay even more special. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed 28th June - 4th July 2026. For our 25year silver wedding anniversary. Wine and flowers were in our cave on arrival which was a fabulous and welcoming surprise. Accommodation was lovely, kept very clean and views were stunning. For our last 2 nights we had booked the honeymoon suite and WOW is the only words that can be used to describe this one. Breakfast is delivered to your room every morning and you can eat outside whilst looking at the stunning views. The manager of the complex “Vera” we cannot give enough credit to. An absolute angel. Nothing was too much trouble, she continuously bent over backwards insuring everything was just right for us and did the same for every single guest that arrived. She does not stop from dawn till dusk! Absolutely fabulous and such a lovely lady. We will definitely be returning. Thank you. ❤️"

The Majestic Hotel

"Very welcoming and hospitable semi check-in process. We were provided with a welcome drink and front desk lady (Christina) provided us with a map of Santorini with key places to see and visit, as well as where to not waste our time seeing. Provided restaurant recommendations and stored our bags until it was time to check-in. When we did check-in, a different front desk lady (Maria) provided us with info on pool restaurant and upper restaurant lounge but did NOT tell us about the included breakfast and where that was located. We missed breakfast the next morning and it wasn't until I checked our reservations that I recalled the hotel had free breakfast and we had to ask Christina our 2nd morning about it and we were supposed to get a free bottle of sparkling wine with each of our rooms which was never given. Besides those 2 mishaps, the hotel is in a good location and the pool area is nice. Don't miss out on the included breakfast as it's a decent spread."

"The breakfast was phenomenal! This is what made this hotel a 5 star hotel. The facilities and surroundings were also beautiful and very clean. Amazing views and great location---walking distance to all the tourist areas and restaurants. The spa was beautiful as well. However, the actual suite was quite small and the bathroom was a 4 star at most. The rain shower head did not distribute equal amounts of water. The housekeeping staff was not very good at refilling toiletries. The white towels looked quite old. They were not soft and looked a bit greyish in colour."
