"The hotel is brand new, rooms are very large , the kitchen is well equipped. Check-in thanks to Akif took only 2 minutes. We stayed a week, every day the hotel supplied with small bottles of water, also supplied with detergents for washing machine and dish washing machine. All staff even security do their job with pleasure. Check out was wonderful and very fast. Strongly recommend!!!"

"Exceptional service. Wonderful location. Beautiful lobby. Comfy beds and linens. In room safe. Plentiful variety of breakfast foods in a luxurious setting, with Bosphorus view. There are little shops and restaurants and a small coffee/ tea garden Park within 200 meters. The ferry is just across the street and Sariyer downtown area is a brisk 15 minute walk. "

"Place is very clean and modern. Staff are very professional and kind. Especially Fadel the manger was so helpful and assist us in many ways. We will come back anytime we come to Istanbul "
