If you seek a family friendly getaway, look no further. This gorgeous lake view property is surrounded by potential adventures awaiting in the serenity of the Montana wilderness. A fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware you will need makes the stay less “camping” and more a resort retreat. A gas grill completes the cooking options for those who prefer a view while they tend to their chef's duties.
The Main Cabin includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upper loft includes the master suite with queen bed and ¾ bath, as well as a small living area with seating and TV. The main floor boasts a beautiful great room, a full bath, and 2 bedrooms; one queen bedroom with a twin bed added and another room with one queen bed. In the lower level of the cabin, you'll find one large bedroom with a queen bed and a bonus room furnished with a queen and a twin bed. The lower level also has a bar, full bathroom and a spacious living area with a television – big enough to entertain the entire family.
The additional bunkhouse includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living area. This separate cabin is located over the garage and connected to the main cabin by a walkway. It is approximately 100 feet from the main cabin and provides privacy and/or additional sleeping capacity.
The premier feature of this cabin is the Amish style Great Room with massive panoramic windows and a gas fireplace. This area naturally draws attention and conversation, while avoiding the distraction of TVs to allow for quality time with the people you came to enjoy. Take in the Pintlers to the south over Georgetown Lake while you enjoy a hot cup of coffee or breakfast before getting out to enjoy the many activities available around the lake.
Fishing, hiking, biking, and skiing are just a few of the natural amenities that enrich the surrounding area. Ice fishing and snowmobiling predominate the lake goer's activities during the winter months. Nearby fishing access and trails are well kept and marked. A scenic 10 mile drive to Discovery Ski Area provides top notch local skiing for a reasonable fee.
For those looking to relax and skip the cooking or explore the local watering holes, Philipsburg and Anaconda are well situated to provide restaurants, bars, and breweries to quench any thirst and hit the spot for local cuisine with just a short drive in either direction.
Once the sun sets and the views have faded, wrap up the night with games or a movie. A game closet provides options for family friendly fun while both TVs are equipped with DVD players.
Unlimited opportunities for team building and memory making abound at the lake. Additional information and details regarding the surrounding area will be provided upon booking. We are excited to offer the same opportunities our family has enjoyed for years to you and yours, and hope you enjoy your stay.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views & boat ramp for our boat not far from property. Well maintained & well supplied. Property host was very polite & responsive! Everyone in our group had a great time!! We would rent it again!
The cabin and its views of the lake were stunning, especially in the winter setting. Our group of 12 spent a wonderful Christmas and never felt cramped in the cabin & bunkhouse. We enjoyed snowy walks to the lake and plenty of leisure time playing games and watching movies. We found everything we needed and the host was very responsive to our questions. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!
Lovely cabins ideally situated in a quiet mountain community within a short distance of Georgetown lake. Plenty big enough room for our clan to gather and enjoy each other's company. I appreciated the large, well stocked kitchen, the magnifier mirror in the master bedroom, and the gorgeous views of the lake from the large outdoor deck. This is one of our most favorite cabins we have stayed at. Highly recommend
Great location and awesome home for a large family type gathering. We added the second building and it worked perfectly - having a quieter place for the more experienced and wisened family members to retreat to. This is a very well equipped VRBO that feels more like a home than a place to stay. I never felt like we were missing a thing during our stay. Plenty of quiet places and nooks and private sleeping areas. Thank you to the hosts, you can count on our returning soon. Very Highly Recommend.
The property was perfect for our family get together, there were 12 of us and plenty of room for all, scenery was gorgeous, and had everything we needed, the roads to the property are a pretty rough so would recommend you have a high clearance vehicle I would definitely give it 5 stars
This well-appointed and comfortable property was a great setting for a family summer gathering. The spaciousness of the main house with multiple living/family rooms allows for both togetherness and privacy. The small cabin is delightful.
Family reunion of 9 adults and 1 infant coming from 4 states converged onto this beautiful property at Georgetown Lake. The accommodations were perfect for separation of groups. Views outstanding and the property is very well stocked with amenities. Tracy was *very* responsive to all communication!! Highly recommend for larger groups!!
My family and friends stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect! Very nice house and location. We couldn't believe the amount of space. We absolutely loved it here and hope to come back next year.

Such a beautiful place!
We had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed. We only wish there was WiFi to play music. The view is incredible and the water is just down the road. Thanks for giving us a place to all be together in such a beautiful place!
Camp fires, Conversation, Beach Time, Church Time, Food, games, boating, water, canoeing, hiking, ice cream and panning for gems! What more could we ask for!
Thanks for the wonderful Place to make it all happen!
Amazing Property and Location near Discovery Skiing!
Everything was wonderful! If we had a critique it would be that the kitchen needs a deep clean to rid of duplicate and older small appliances and goods (like spices and oils). However it was do well equipped! We will definitely return!!!
As a local family it was a beautiful home and well set up! Be fully aware that in winter months you take the risk of considerable amounts of snow and access/leaving can be difficult. Would be amazing in the summer months. Manager was very easy to communicate with.
We gathered here with family for a small, intimate wedding. It was perfect! The house and property are beautiful and so well supplied and clean! Host was friendly and easy to communicate with! Highly reccomemd!
We loved this house for our big family vacation. The house had lots of beds/rooms and corresponding bathrooms. The bed linens were super comfortable. The house was stocked with plenty of kitchenwares and even spices which made it easy for cooking in without running into town or skipping things we forgot. We even made use of the tabletop ice maker since there were so many of us wanting cold beverages.
Tracy, the property manager, was so quick to respond anytime we had a question and was clear about the check out process. We appreciated her helpfulness!
This house was ideal for our big family group ranging in age from infant to teenagers to elderly. It was so nice to be able to spread out. The view of the lake is so beautiful.
The kitchen was well stocked, everything we needed, perhaps a bit unorganized.
Tracy was the best to work with! If I texted her a question she would literally respond in minutes and always answer my calls.
We all would recommend this property!
The home has gorgeous views. We loved how many things the home had for us to use. Make sure you go to the cabin before you do groceries…. Just because you may buy condiments and extra kitchen things that the cabin may already have had. Loved how comfortable the home is. From the beds to the sofas. The kids thoroughly enjoyed all the board games. They had a ton of games to play. Loved the Fire pit. Thank you for all the firewood available for us to use.
The property is beautiful, the lake and Mountain View’s were awesome. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our only issue was the refrigerators were not clean and were full of leftovers. We had a wonderful time here
We all loved this house and bunkhouse! The craftsmanship used to build the house is incredible. There is lots of room, a large kitchen and a great deck and place to build a campfire outside. They have a very large Blackstone griddle and three propane grills. The view from the house is gorgeous and there are quite a few places to drive to on the lake for swimming and boat launching. We had the best time ever!
This property was amazing. The pictures and description of the property are very accurate. We had a group of 16 people there for a family get together and there was plenty of space for everyone with plenty of room to spare. When we arrived we were surprised to see some of the things that were available that we had also brought with us since we has such a large group but they were already provided!! We brought a flat top grill with us and a 6 foot folding table as well as Corn Hole to play outside. All of this was already supplied. Plus they have three grills on the property, plenty of firewood, a beer pong table(although we used water since we were playing with kiddos!!) and folding chairs down by the fire pit. The view was amazing and the deck outside was huge! My mother uses a walker to get around and with all of us around the table there was plenty of space for her to get around without bumping into people. Not to mention the access to two bedrooms on the main floor! The only few things that I would like people to be aware of is that when it is very warm outside the inside of the home can get pretty toasty and the bunkhouse is very difficult to cool off. There are fans provided but I would recommend bringing a couple extra just to get that extra air circulation. This is more for larger groups as with more people more body heat. lol!! The only other thing that we noticed or would suggest is maybe having a bigger ice maker. Or possibly recommend people bring up some bagged ice for coolers or drinks. Other than that this place had more than anyone could want or need. The lake was only a short drive away! My parents were impressed and would love to stay there again!!
