"We were happily surprised by The Forge. We were on a "Montana road trip" and stayed 2 nights there. We were traveling with our two Corgis and were given doggy welcome bags at check-in. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had lots of options and a great seating area. The employees were all friendly and attentive. The Forge wasn’t the cheapest option we had for a hotel stay but it was well worth it."

"This is a great little place to crash for a night or an entire week while exploring the surrounding area. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great. Probably wouldn’t recommend sleeping on the couch, but a child could get away with it. "

There is plenty to occupy all ages: ice fishing, x-c and downhill skiing, ice skating and exploring Philipsburg, just hanging out at the rental working puzzles and playing hames.."
