The hotel is nice and the service was great! The only issue we had was the tvs worked halfway. We had to move rooms because it didn’t work at all. The second room we had it worked decently. The WiFi never worked due to construction going on. The location was excellent. It was less than 2 miles from everywhere we visited. The breakfast is way overpriced. We opted to go to nearby restaurants for better quality food.

The staff at the William Hotel was so friendly, sweet, and efficient. They made you feel like you were a friend and not just a guest. Our room was clean and good sized. The building was quaint and well maintained. Our stay was excellent and we would recommend the William to anyone who is travelling to NYC.
