Amazing, friendly staff full of smiling faces eager to make sure I felt at home for my first days in Vietnam. Excellent location steps from Independence Palace and many other historical landmarks, cafes, Pasteur St. restaurants. Thank you!

The host was friendly and always ready to help when needed.

The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com I had to find new accommodations in an emergency because I did not feel comfortable at this place. Hotels.com and the host refused to reimburse based on this misrepresentation of the accommodations and conditions. Very upsetting.

The hotel was cozy, but vintage and fancy. However, they had placed so many excessively old items that it was scary, making me feel like a ghost might appear. The location was good, with many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby. The staff were also friendly.

The property and rooms are very well decorated and staff are wonderful. Property is peaceful and located in a very walkable area.
