Highly recommended. Peaceful location. Tram at doorstep with great access to the city. Modern hotel with all the amenities. Great breakfast. However no other dining options at the hotel. For lunch and dinner, have to step out of the hotel. Would be great if the hotel restaurant extends beyond breakfast.

Second visit to Amsterdam! The location of the property is perfect! Tram is right in front of the building. 15-20 minute tram ride to all areas. The hotel is clean and in a safe area. 30 minute ride from airport!

Was nice and quiet, just a little out of the way when carrying luggage. There was places to eat and explore nearby. Was a self checkin system, I did see some staff, but was unlike any other hotel experience in that way. Included breakfast was good, lots of options.

Excellent hotel!! Liked the self service part!! Very avant garde!! Great crisp clean updated rooms and great lobby with a sophisticated atmosphere… Great location for tourists… Right across from Tram station..

Great hotel a short tram ride away
A great hotel with excellent rooms and clean bathrooms. Noise levels were really low despite the location being next to a busy road and tram stop. Directly opposite the tram stop which provides quick and regular service to and from the city centre.

Nice hotel. Most of the staff were excellent and the breakfast was wonderful. It is a ways from the city center, 1 hr walk. The room was quiet and for the most part very nice. The shower had mold and the temperature knob did not work properly so the shower was scalding hot.. As a family vacation if we were to come back to Amsterdam we would probably stay somewhere closer to the city center.

Beautiful and spacious room and bathroom, would happily stay again. Only downside was no shower gel dispenser which would have gone well with enjoying the lovely shower - but there was some small tubes of shower and hand gel provided :)

I stayed here for three nights and overall, I had a great experience. The bathrooms were clean, room was spacious and modern. My only complaint were the sleeping pillows provided, they were tiny and thin in comparison to the rest of the bed. Also this hotel is located in the outskirts of town which is a $13-$16 uber every time you want to go into the center. There is a trolley stop right in the front of the hotel if you want to save a couple bucks.

Check In
Check in process took longer than expected. Employees were a struggling to check us in early, we were willing to pay, I believe it was technical issues but one of the employees could have helped sooner rather than having his coworker keep trying a few times. After a long flight and traveling to the hotel with the train and luggage, exhaustion made us a bit impatient and the check in process drag when it could have been resolved sooner

Fairly far from center but excellent transportation route right outside hotel so one did see more of amsterdam just bbeing on the tram to center

Shower door was broken and water kept leaking out of shower. We also booked this place assuming we would get 3 single beds as listed but when we arrived we got 1 king and 1 single instead.

Vicky in the kitchen and dining room was wonderful. The kitchen and dining room staff were excellent. They were attentive. The kitchen staff had very good customer service. They were pleasant and kind. There was one person I can speak off at the front desk. She had dark hair and was professional and was very nice. But the rest of the of Frontdesk not as pleasant and lacked appropriate customer service.

Nice & Convenient!
I stayed at this property for 2 nights and it was great. I really liked that the tram stop was right outside of the hotel, which made getting downtown to the City Center very easy and convenient (Museums were only a few stops away). It was also pretty close to the airport, so jumping in an Uber was very easy. My room was very big & clean. The staff was helpful and checking in & out was a quick process. They held my bags in a locked room for the day until I went to the airport later. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to tram 2 to central station, Van Gogh Museum, shopping areas. Glad I did not have to drive into town with all ]the bicycles,trams,cars and pedestrians in all it’s nerve racking.

The hotel is amazing! The amenities and features are modern and so convenient. It is slightly away from the city center but there is a bus stop right outside. We only had one night and wish we had a longer stay here.

Excellent in every way!
From the start - checking in was easy and the service friendly, kind, professional and easy. Impeccable service. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was going to be a night to remember - and it surely was. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, lovely and good size bathroom, undercover car park was easy to get into and park ( even allowed us to park there the next day till we moved onto our next city). We had a shower maintenance issue - only 5 minutes after calling for help, a maintenance man came to fix it - excellent! The location was perfect - the tram station is right outside the front door. Albert Heijn supermarket a few minutes walk away. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Really nice ,clean hotel. Really quiet. We stayed in the 7flore,you can see a busy motorway 🛣️ but you can't hear it. Few shops around, easy access to city centre.
