This hotel is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Trams are very close. Very peaceful relaxing neighborhood. Nice relaxing and welcoming vibe.

Great hotel in a great location. Room was clean and well presented. It’s a 2 min walk from the Anne Frank house. The hotel is close to some amazing restaurants and walking distance to a supermarket and the tram stop. The staff were amazing and gave us a little goodie bag when we checked out with snacks for our travels which was a classy touch.

This hotel is in the Jordaan district with many options for great dining and an easy (look out for bicycles though!) walk to the centre and station. We decided to Uber to & from the airport (€35) rather than drag the suitcases over cobbles etc. The hotel is well sign posted on the street and situated beside a canal. They have an eating area for breakfast and there is self serve coffee 24hrs. We did not have the breakfast but it looked good. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom but did not face the canal. There was a kettle and a variety of teas and coffee. The hotel has a lift (elevator) and quite a lot of stairs. I would say that you have to be able to climb at least 4 or 5 steps to stay here and definitely mention when booking if you can't do many stairs. We arrived early and there was no problem storing our bags. It looked as though some guests were there on business. We would definitely stay at Mr Jordaan again.

This hotel has a fantastic location, friendly/helpful staff, nice amenities (afternoon tea, free hot drinks 24/7), and clean, well-decorated facilities. It's great to be on a canal and yet have tranquility and even a (slow) elevator! Overall...charming! Downside: The rooms are tiny (not even one chair, and possibly not room for one), and the mattress, though comfortable was very narrow.

Absolutely loved staying at Mr. Jordaan. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we’d have a comfortable stay and gave some excellent recommendations for local food/ activities. It is located in my personal favorite section of Amsterdam (Jordaan) and it felt like a dream to wake up to a canal view every morning. So happy I chose Mr. Jordaan as my home for a few days and will definitely be returning.

Excellent stay at Mr. Jordaan. Staff was friendly and offered excellent local suggestions. Treated with free warm beverages and a candy sweets on arrival as well as a goodie bag for the airport upon departure. Location is central and walkable to all areas in the central district w/in 25 mins. Rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. Would stay again when next in Amsterdam.

Great location, staff and fun
Great location, easy to get everywhere, lots of food nearby.Nice shared space downstairs with all day coffee, games and books. Easy to chat with other travelers. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we got a snack bag on departure. Room was comfortable but shower had a garden hose attachment, very uncomfortable and difficult to use, hopefully a temporary fix.

We stayed at Mor Jordaan for our last 4 nights of a europe working holiday. The hotel is in a beautiful location and it is walking distance to most attractions around the city. You really feel at home, they think of everything! reusable water bottles, free good coffee and tea 24hs, free delicious pastries every afternoon, free sodas and juice. They offer a goodie bag when you check out with snacks for your trip to the airport! it is cozy, well cleaned and maintained and next to the canal.. LOVE IT!

Beautiful place, service outstanding, breakfast outstanding! Everyone working there very pleasant and helpful. Only minor suggestion was pillows, maybe some soft and some firm.

Everyone was so friendly at Mr. Jordaan! The absolute only complaint u have was that my room would be cleaned at super random times, or just not cleaned at all, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that I loved my stay and recommend Mr. Jordaan!

Whoa! Amazing across the board. Designers hit every detail on the head, staff met that high bar everyday we were there with their friendliness and helpfulness. Clean. Perfect Location. Beautiful. Staff was definitely the best part. They were enthusiastic to help in every way. Not like big box hotels that offer help only when it is solicited and paid handsomely for. Highly recommended!

All good. Nice, relaxing property on a quiet street. Terrific amenities in the common area. We had a triple room (1full/1 twin) for three of us. The room (#64) is small and without a seating area to spread things out. Even so, we will stay here again.
