Brilliant facilities & location near bus stop
Really enjoyed our stay, was clean and staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough for us all. Food in the restaurant and for breakfast was brilliant and we were very relaxed. Only thing was that, that was no baby changing unit considering you advertised that child are free. Near a bus stop too so very easy to get to anywhere- would recommend.

Staff were unhelpful, communication was impossible due to their phone number not in service, poor response to email and unclear directions. At the hotel we were told we had to to do everything through the on line travel site (Ex…..) whom we could not reach due to lack of service on our mobiles. Consequently we spent the night in the airport on a bench. Worst travel experience ever.

We were so happy with our stay here! It is easy to get from the airport by bus, and the hotel sent us a helpful email ahead of the trip with the navigation details, as well as a recommendation to buy an Amsterdam travel ticket at the airport, which got us everywhere in city during our 3 day stay. At the hotel there was delicious breakfast with a good variety of protein options. There is a peaceful garden area with a fountain, and a lovely patio off the bar area to enjoy it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My experience at this hotel, wasn’t too good and I will explain why. When I have arrived at the hotel, there was a queue at the check in desk, that is totally understandable. What is not not understandable, is why it was taking extremely long for the 2 staff members to process the check in for each guest. We were about 10 persons in the queue, and it took about 45 min until I was served. I have asked the receptionist what went wrong and he blamed the slow system. All right, I accepted the situation and went in my room for the 5 hours sleep. In the morning I was in a rush of course, after such a short night. I left the key room, as I knew that I haven’t had any consumption or nothing on my room. The receptionist stop me like I was about to run without paying, and she told me that I have to pay the city tax and some hotel fees that weren’t paid. I said that if there are any taxes like these, I am meant to pay them at the check in. Not at the check out. She said that it was a mistake. And I said that it is not my fault that it was a mistake, and now I don’t want to pay the waiting time for my Uber that was waiting outside, because they made a mistake. Of course I have paid in the end, but I didn’t like at all the approach of the receptionist, and the tone of her voice, like I was the sneaky one in this situation. Other than this, room was ok, clean, and I can’t say more for the 5 hours spent there. 😃

The hotel is very near a bus line that we could take into the heart of Amsterdam or to the airport which was really convenient. Staff was efficient and reasonably friendly and the room itself was quiet and clean. There’s a great big park and a lake right south of the hotel which would be lovely to spend time in.

This is an average level hotel, far from the city centre and without public transport nearby. The window at our room was broken and one of the towels in bathroom was really dirty. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable.

A nice place to stay
The hotel is very good. The staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable. The room was outstanding. I definitely recommend this hotel a little bit pricey, but it’s still a good hotel.

Clean hotel, courteous front desk, but a disappointment overall: 1. Ridiculously expensive hotel restaurant. 2. Terrible location: not only are you a 20 minute bus ride away from anywhere interesting in Amsterdam, but the property owners couldn't even lobby for a bus stop nearer to the hotel entrance than an 8 minute walk along a bicycle path near a highway. And the hotel entrance, it catering primarily to motorists, faces the parking lot, making for extra walking when dragging your luggage from the bus stop. 3. They made the beds every day, but didn't bother replenishing the Nespresso cups and sugar packets. One cleaning lady refused to help me because my room wasn't assigned to her, so I had to walk to the front desk.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how communicative the hotel was prior to our booking, specifically helping us with getting there from the airport. Since we showed up too early to check in, they held our bags for us which was great! It is about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to the tram station that will take you to main town (central station). It does take about 30-45 minutes for commute. But if you are only there a couple of days, it’s worth it in price. There was construction happening to their lobby, but other than that I’m sure it’s great! Gas station next door for snacks and such!

We were in Amsterdam for the Amsterdam Marathon. We were pleased by the hotel staff, the beatiful lobby area and the breakfast was very good indeed.As it was quite a distance from the central Amsterdam, and hard to get to and from Olympic stadium where the Marathon start/finish, it wasnt the ideal choice. The only other negative was the very small fridge that did not cool properly and the lack of food choices as the inside restaurant did not have a chef on the dates we were there, especially on Sunday night after the race.

Very convenient to both airport and downtown...Used the Amsterdam Travel tucket for 3 day stay and it worked great. Restaurant was under construction, so no opinion on it. Good stay

Average hotel, ok to stay if just to sleep. The gym doesn’t have AC, there are no restaurants nearby to walk to, though there is a pretty park/green area within walk distance.

Great quality rooms and beautiful surroundings, across the road is a lake and mini beach which is a really nice place to relax in the evenings. The city is a 10 minute taxi away with public transport options too. The quality of the hotel is great with very comfortable beds, the only downside to our stay was a very rude member of staff. He worked in the restaurant/bar area and seemed to have no time for tourists, tutting and rolling his eyes whenever he had to do some work. We were told we could pay for breakfast when we had finished by another member of staff, and as we went to get food he ordered us to pay now at the bar. At one point he said "why are you paying separately? Now I have to do twice the work" when we ordered drinks with our friends. Put a very sour note on our stay and if you can't deal with tourists, you shouldn't wok at a hotel. All other staff were polite and helpful for which we are thankful.

Great place with great service!
Very good stay, and very happy with the service, specially from the guy at the front desk (sorry, don't recall his name but a big bald guy :) )... we had a couple of small issues, but he quickly resolved them, one of them was that the mini bar didn't work, not only did he manage to get it fixed, but to compensate they left some free drinks for us! I come to Amsterdam often, and this hotel is now on top of my list.

The hotel is quite near the airport but still in a quiet location. The clerk was very welcoming even though we arrived after midnight and our booking was made only an hour prior due to the chaos at Amsterdam airport resulting in a missed flight. Would recommend.
