Close to Central Station Amsterdam. Close to Red Light District. We were assigned the Apt. #1. Very spacious, but had to walk up a narrow staircase. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work. Heater upstairs didn't work either, but they had heaters in closet.
Paid all the charges to Expedia but again hotel charged again city tax as 3£ per person per day which is not communicated. I paid to Expedia but hotel refused that money not came to them and charged again for me , this is scam.

Is a nice and centric place, with excellent service from the front desk personnel, great breakfast. The only issue was that the bathrooms were leaking water.
The property is located just a 5 min walk from the Amsterdam Central station and also has various restaurants nearby. All of the main attractions were either at a walking distance or at a short tram ride.
Carlo from the front desk was really helpful and provided some good information and tips. He also helped us with tour bookings. The breakfast options were good and healthier.
I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Amsterdam and need a mid-range hotel.

Great reception and very helpful with place la to go and things to see
My room had zero sound proofing and I was on one of the main streets which made it worst due to people being out very late at night and new tourists arriving in the city early in the morning. I could hear it all. The room was dark, bathroom is dated. It felt depressing in there. The only good part is the location, it is very well located if you want to be closer to zeedijk RLD and a lot of coffee shops. Otherwise choose a different area and hotel.

I’d come back
Friendly, safe, simple and literally across the street from Central Station. Great breakfast buffet well worth the stay. Simple small rooms great for a few nights sleep.
This hotel is right in the center of town where the red light district and the bar and very super noisy at night all night long until 7 o'clock I Hadley to sleep. Yes is good location and transport but big regret to the noise!
Nice place close to train station. Some electrical issues (plugs not working, table lamps not working), but overall a very nice, convenient place. We had to leave before breakfast, so can't comment on that.
Nice local hotel within a short walk from the Centraal Train Station, all Tram Lines and Metro. The Metro Ride to RAI Congress & Exhibition Center is less than 10 min.
The hotel is also in the middle of many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues in the city center.
Rooms in the main building, which has a lift/elevator, are highly recommended.
Location, location and location. Very near all the touristic sites and the train station is literally in front of the hotel. We took booked 2 tours and the meeting point were also literraly in front of the hotel so highly convenient. The included breakfast was good. The room was spacious but extremely basic.
We were a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The location is convenient and we could see the hotel as soon as we started walking from the central train station. We arrived early morning and this hotel does provide bag storage until check-in. We also used it on our last day as we had a late train departure. Front staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had a room on the street side which can be a little loud as it is in a lively area with a lot of bars (I always travel with earplugs so it was not a problem for me). We enjoyed the free breakfast and it surpassed our expectations for a 3 star hotel. Amsterdam is known for high accommodation prices and we feel that this hotel offered good value. We were looking for something affordable, safe, clean and close to Grand Centraal Station and this property delivered.
We ended up getting the Chet Baker room. It was the largest room we had on our European vacation. Loved all the half windows to let airflow.
Booked here because of the proximity to Amsterdam Centraal, as we were heading to Groningen first thing the next morning. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was a bonus.
Our room was quite big (had 4 twin beds). The room was warm, but they had a fan in our room. There was no kettle, no fridge, no hairdryer. The breakfast was good- had hot and cold options. The gentleman at the front desk during the day was very helpful and never steered us wrong. There is an elevator (thank goodness). Very close to Red Light District, directly across from Central train station. Location was great. We would definitely stay again.
Overall this is an adequate hotel. The location near the station is very convenient. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We had no idea the Anne Frank museum was fully booked weeks in advance, so saved us trekking over there for a disappointment. The breakfast was good and the family room was very spacious.
Because of the location, there was a lot of outside noise into the early hours. The room was very warm even though it was only 20C outside. The lack of air conditioning could be an issue when hot outside. The room was clean, but dated. The bath was unfortunately stained which gave the impression that you didn’t really want to use it, despite having been clean.
this hotel deserves 5 stars, we had a room with 4 beds and it was fantastic, the room was surprisingly big.
great view, nice people. all employees were super
breakfast was also great.
This was the perfect place for us to be in Central Amsterdam. The weather was good, so not having air conditioning was not an issue. The location was perfect for the train, the port and all the local attractions.

The hotel was ok, they got elevator but they didn’t warn us the room got its own stairs, the steps are really short, even my foot didn’t fit well
