Amazing staff, Clean, Good location
The location is about 20-25 min walk to Dam Square. There are lots of restaurants right across the street, and there is a grocery store less than 5 mins away from the hotel. The hotel was in a quiet area but still on the main street. The staff were amazing, very nice and friendly. We got back from one night to the hotel and the receptionist was super nice and helped us look for hidden gems in the city, and even printed out the locations for us. The only thing that didn't make the hotel perfect was that the lights in the rooms were very dim.

Excellent place, staff were amazing!!!
The staff were brilliant so helpful and catered at each point we had something to ask. Honest place and after leaving a wallet at the hotel they rang me and posted it back out- nice to know there’s decent people out there. Very very impressed. Thank you

It’s a charming hotel with a very cute cat !! Honestly, the staff was very approachable. Also, they are able to keep your luggage anytime you want which was very helpful. The only thing is that it’s a little bit far from the centre, but you can hire a bicycle ( which you should do because cycling around Amsterdam was an absolute dreamy experience ) around the hotel very easily so I wouldn’t consider that as a big problem!

Hotel der letzten Stunde, mit sehr einfachen Zimmern für den bezahlten Preis, es werden neue Handtücher benötigt (mehrere waren kaputt) .Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und mit einer Expessomaschine ohne Verbindung in dem kleinen Tisch, an dem es fertig war, kann der Ort gerettet werden mit Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften in der Nähe sowie Transportmöglichkeiten. Ich halte das Hotel für überteuert für das, was es bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten bietet

Great location and warm welcome received
Great location near the Vondelpark and short walk from the museums. Modern rooms with some English channels on the tv. Excellent strength WiFi and we were able to check in 3 hours early!

It was a typical European style hotel. The room was small but neat and clean. The bathroom was stocked and easy to use. Secure but a little unusual, the rooms were across a central garden area.. Our room backed to a walkway and canal. Quiet. Elevator to the upstairs.

The room was the smallest and almost unusable space we have ever booked in over 40 plus years of travel. The staff person was not very helpful either. We would not recommend Mosaic to anyone. It was also overpriced compared to the La Boeme property we booked previously in A'dam.

Great Location
Location of hotel was ideal was a mini break with the family, getting from the airport was easy. Check in was straight forward, reception staff helpful enough, guided us in the right direction on the night we arrived for dinner etc Overall the room looked clean enough, beds were a little soft, had an issue with the mattress slipping and the bedding coming untucked to reveal a mattress that was not wearing a mattress protector and was a little bobbly, not all the lighting was working in the room but we managed, the plug in the sink was broken so couldn't fill with water, the shelf above the sink was inappropriately placed and made it difficult to use the sink to wash without flooding the floor, great to have clean towels every day, only massive downer was one of the party coming home covered in what have been diagnosed as bed bug bites we were also struggling with the USB ports for charging the electrical and only being able to do this with the tv switched on, there were also not enough points in the room for the family charge everything at once.

Room was big, clean and shower was good. Overall, the room was good and location was near the museums, tran and canal boat tour. The one bug bear was the beds. They were a bit soft and spongey. Could also do with two pillows per bed rather then one. The room could also do with a small fridge.

Things I liked: Fantastic hotel, very clean, and most importantly a large and modern looking room, large enough for a family of four. Staff very friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was very pleasant indeed. What could make things even better: well, instant coffee sachets could be provided in guests' rooms - every hotel I traveled to all over the world (even budget hotels) provided free instant coffee sachets in each room every day. Although I did not pay for breakfast, making one instant coffee cup in the morning should be ideally included. Nevertheless, the hotel is indeed fantastic, the rooms are modern and quite large, making this hotel a perfect place to stay during a family holiday.

The Mosaic Hotel - Gateway to AMS
The staff was wonderful they listened, were attentive and proactive. The rooms were clean and kept up well. The facility was quite clean. Hotels in the Netherlands are pricey for not much space but it was equivalent space as what I would find in New York, only a whole lot cleaner and with super charming staff. Its quite easy to get everywhere by Tram... oh and they sell tram tickets if you haven't gotten them yet... A great stay.

To find a family room with 4 separate beds was good. However, the room was pretty grubby, with a broken lampshade over 2 of the beds. There was very little furniture given that 4 people were using the room and the bathroom wasn't very child friendly. The lighting wasn't great either. All in all it seemed over priced for what was delivered.
