The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Heater and AC work great. The room and bathroom were quite spacious. Our room was on the third floor. The view out into the street was nice. The only thing I would watch out for is carrying your bags. There is an elevator, but there's an extra set of stairs after the elevator up to your room. Staff is more than willing to help out with this though.

It is very close to the museums and 35 to 45 minutes walk from the red light district and to Amsterdam central, my room was not so good because of a pipe running thru making a lot of noise and making it difficult to sleep but I suppose i got the rebate room :/ 312

I stayed for four nights with a friend. We had a quiet courtyard facing room. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and gave great recommendations of things to do nearby. It is very close to tram stops and was easy to get to from the central station and airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again if I ever get back to Amsterdam.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s also within walking distance to many attractions.

Quiet, clean, cozy, excellent service
Our room was on the ground floor off the garden, which was very quiet despite being on a busy street. Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent service. Sadly, we did not get to enjoy the garden, as it was raining for most of our stay, but the hotel also had loaner umbrellas. The only drawback was how dark the room was - only one tiny window next to the door. Close to Vondel Park and short walk to the museum district.

Small dark room, bed comfy, air con when switched on leaked constantly. There was a lift but then set of stairs to room. Ok stay. Would not recommend to friends if they were to travel to Amsterdam.

The guy who checked us in was awesome and so were housekeeping staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The only negative is when you get to your floor in the small elevator then you still have to go up or down treacherously narrow stairs to get to your room which is not easy to juggle with bags.

The staff is accommodating and friendly at this property. The facility is clean and located in a very convenient location near the museum district. The rooms are relatively quiet, and the AC works great when it's hot outside.

Great location, friendly staff. Was disappointed to have a coffee machine instead of a kettle as the water had coffee granules in it and the complementary bottled water was not replenished each day. The pillows were huge and would have liked different pillows to choose from however the bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was enjoyable and would stay again.

Elevator did not work Elevator was sooo small Allot of stairs in the floor. Not safe or easy to get to the room. With luggage it’s impossible. Not for grown ups at all Small, dark, steep steps Clean hotel, but recommend for young and people with no luggage!! Good breakfast The air conditioning does not get bellow 22 degree .
