Central location between the airport and city center. The metro is mere steps from the hotel. Very convenient. The staff was superb. This hotel is where all the arenas are, which was perfect considering we saw two concerts at two separate venues. Highly recommend.

Location’s great—very accessible to metro (Bijlmer Arena) station which is right across the hotel. 20-min ride to Amsterdam Central Station.Room comfortable enough for 3 adults w/ baggages. Sufficient food choices for breakfast but the same food served daily. Open sitting/working areas available at the lobby all day & night. Hotel staff very accommodating & helpful, especially Isabel & Angelyn at reception, and Jackie in the kitchen. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, though. The carpets look dirty & needing vacuuming. Overall, still a good place to stay at. Hopefully, housekeeping can just be improved.

The property was ideal for our visit to Amsterdam as it was close to all the train bus and metro links. We could see the trains from our window but could not hear them!

A very convenient stay.
Very convenient for the Metro, its right outside the main entrance. However the check-in was poor, two staff members wandered away from the desks without acknowledging me and I had to wait way over 5 minutes for one of them to come back. No apology given. The beds are really really firm. Not totally unpleasant but they are on the far side of what I like (medium-firm). I do wish (like a lot of hotels) they would put more than 2 servings of coffee/tea in the tray. However it was nice to see a fresh(ish) clean kettle. The room was very clean and the furniture in good condition. The chair in the room is not designed for "bigger people". Breakfast is booked by getting a ticket for the next morning from reception. Its in 30 minute slots so if you wake up late you miss breakfast. The breakfast is rather good, nice selection of items, both hot and cold. THey even have self-serve waffle makers ! They do not serve an evening meal, go to the restaurants outside. They have a selection of drinks and snacks you can buy at reception and a bar/cafe open until late.
