Loved the friendly staff and the downstairs reception and bar was stunning. Area is fantasy and literally five minutes from Rembrandt Square, where you have the choice of many bars, clubs and restaurants, and also only 25 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station (if walking). Probably the best single room i ever started in. Very modern, clean and light. And with a bath tab. Location is superb — just off Rembrandt square. The hotel's got two entrances to both canal side and street. There's a mini market, bar and pool table on site. Really can't fault anything. Will be happy to stay here again (either alone or with a partner).

Ok. The single room was tiny and the decor a little on the garish side for me. But the bed was super comfortable, shower was decent and they had added lots of amenities (coffee machine with pods and chocolate bars and water etc) which I thought were a nice touch. I would happily stay here again.

Many nice amenities and the staff was very helpful and understanding when our original room was not going to work for my wife and I. The hotel has a small grocery and bear and wind store in lobby. The breakfast they offed was very good if perhaps a tad on the expensive side. (When compared going out to a restaurant it seemed like a pretty good value as Amsterdam is not a cheap city. Location was wonderful and the canal view from our room was lovely. I would stay there again if we went back

I would not recommend this hotel. While some staff were nice, not all displayed the same level of courtesy. The noise was unbearable—constant disruptions from people above, street commotion, and even smoke (cigarette and weed) seeping through the windows from outside. The room had slight mold on the roof in the bathroom, and the TV channels were all static. Despite its good location, the persistent loudness overshadowed any convenience. Attempting to change rooms due to the noise proved futile. The alternative room was smaller and equally noisy, prompting us to return to the initial room within 15-20 minutes. The girl at the front desk was remarkably rude, showing no interest in our concerns and even laughing with a colleague after we walked away. This lack of professionalism was shocking. Although the manager was understanding, I felt hesitant to voice additional complaints and avoided the front desk altogether. Furthermore, the absence of a fridge in the room was inconvenient, limiting our ability to store perishables. Additionally, the pillows provided were excessively thick, making sleep extremely uncomfortable. Combined with the persistent noise issues, it created a challenging environment for rest. These factors, along with the previously mentioned issues, contribute to my decision not to recommend this hotel. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

Eden hotel in Amsterdam is modern and centrally located. We had a superior room that was nice and specious with a large bathroom. Towels, however, were cheap quality and very few, only basic items in bath. Breakfast was excellent. No porters to help with luggage.

I paid for my room in advance and in FULL. At check-in I presented my credit card and they charged me for the room AGAIN. I brought it to their attention immediately and they said they had no way to refund charges. They wanted my bank account to wire money, No Way ! I have still not received a refund. *This Review does not mention specific prices or room rates, it has no profanity, it doesn't reference personal information and it does not include photos containing inappropriate or unrelated content. WHY DO YOU KEEP REJECTING IT ?

Lovely stylish hotel. All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, so much choice! The rooms were lovely and the bed so comfy. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend.

The location is fabulous, right downtown. The hotel lobby is warm and inviting, with a good staff. The downside was the room itself. Very poor lighting in the bathroom made it tough for my wife to apply her makeup. The air conditioner had a mind of its own. The room was freezing.

Was given a room that looks nothing similar to the advertising pictures. It’s smelly and old. Shower drain is clogged and flooded when I took a shower. The sound proof is extremely bad, and I can hear every single word the next door guest says. The staff who wears a pink suit is rude and knocked to my door, commanded me to turn off the TV in a condescending tone. I saw him bring a key fob in his right hand and obviously he may break in at any time. Horrible experience.

The staff were excellent dealing with a problem I had with my original room. There was a double bed instead of two twin beds. There were no twin rooms available but we were upgraded to a twin and complimentary breakfast was also added. Very good customer service!

The rooms are great. There is a glass box that is the bathroom, but apart from that all good. Bar is great and good value. Staff are good. The customers are mostly brits and germans. A lot are out out for amsterdam.
