Arabesque stay

Staffs are all very helpful and friendly. Very attentive and responsive. The wifi connection was the greatest of all, for a person like me who still had to work remotely a bit, and rely on great connections wifi was awesome.

Fairly Average

The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast...far too much food for me, but it was very good. Everything else is fairly average. One down side is that they have a vampire switch that you have to leave a card in, but the refrigerator is not on a separate circuit so it turns off with the rest of the power.

Super Nettes Personal, Internet nicht wirklich gut leider. Hat mich aber nicht wirklich gestört. Frühstück fand ich auch top, war aber kein Buffet, falls das jemand erwartet.

Property need to fix their water system soecially hot water. I end up taking a bath with cold water, and if there is hot it does not stay on a certain temperature. When someone uses from a other room it turns too cold or too hot. I almost got burn. Terrible water system.

Your front of house staff, those 3 males you have are the BEST to happen to this hotel. They are friendly, helpful and try their best at all times. All 3 of them I encountered only gave of their best. Ammar, Steve and Zaid. I would have numerous complaints if it were not for them. Please change your towels at least every second day, if not daily.

Well located as it was in walking distance of the downtown area, but a disappointing experience. Room was adequate and breakfast was OK but the former was not particularly comfortable and the latter not particularly inspiring. The saving grace was the staff who were excellent - cheerful amd helpful.

Very budget hotel. Rooms are outdated and are very basic. Basic selection at breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. About 15/20mins walk from the downtown shops/resturants

Good short stay

Not as close to rainbow street as they advertised. A good short stay accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. I hope the staff have fixed the door of the room we were locked in.
