This is not a true 5 star property. But it is very clean and comfortable with some luxe elements such as high threadcount sheets, quality amenities and a few other nice touches. Great breakfast selection served on the top floor with impressive views over this iconic city. Great location for sightseeing. Could walk everywhere. Nice staff, who provided efficient service.
Our entry level room faced the main road and was a bit noisy at times. I would stay here again but I’d definitely upgrade to a higher room category with a quieter side street outlook.

Coco Mat Athens-BC was our first stay upon arriving in Greece. The location is just a short walk to the acropolis and SO much more. Not to mention, the staff members are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure every need is met. We loved our stay and would recommend it be the place to stay while in Athens.

Great breakfast. Awesome high end restaurant on top floor plus a good one on the main floor.
Reasonably close to bus tour pickup point. Close to tram that takes you to central city. Bit of a walk to the metro but one can take the tram to the metro.
Surrounding area is run down but felt safe walking through it.

Balcony had a great view to the mountains. Staff very friendly and restaurant at the premises, we loved Delphi This was the most comfortable bed so far in our journey.

The room was very nice. The view was spectacular. The staff were friendly and we had a nice chat with the bartender. Great location. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the hotel also had 7 tour buses come in after us full of teenagers. We could hear them in the hallways late at night ...
