Great place and great people. Very clean and has everything you need. By far the best place weve stayed in the Hatfield-McCoy trail area.We will be making this a yearly visit.
Diana was very attentive to our needs and communicated often to check in to see how we were doing. Home was beautifully decorated and great open space in kitchen/ family room area for my family of 7. Would stay again!
Plenty of room with lots of space to sprawl out and relax. Very clean and well stocked home. The owners are super helpful and are very friendly. We had a great time staying at the Firehouse.
Loved the safe location and clean house. Owners were very accommodating and kind people. Would recommend this house and will probably stay here again in the future. Close to town of Man and a grocery store and restaurants. We rode the trails all week and we're blessed by the beauty of the mountains!!!
We have had a really great stay. The house was clean when we arrived. Love the Christmas decorations. The driveway was big enough for 2 trucks beside eachother with trailers. Plenty of space, dishes, cookware, like you’re walking into your own house have everything you need. Thank you again!
So we have been renting places over several years to stay while we ride our side-by-sides all over WV at all hours of the day. This place was almost too good. We have not been used to getting someplace that clean with such a good layout and location to boot. Hosts were great with some simple rules to follow. Thanks much!
Home was super clean and perfect for our group of 4 men. We each had an our own bedroom with two shared bathrooms. Most bedrooms had extra beds so the home is capable of sleeping a larger group when needed. Having amenities like case water stocked with detergents for washing clothes and shampoos/conditioners stocked made our stay super easy. The living room lay out made it very nice to gather and watch tv after long ride plus the screened front porch was nice place to hang outside. Very close to the town/trail head. A car wash and dollar store was just around the corner for supplies and washing our buggies. Will stay here next time we go to RockHouse to ride. Beats any small cabin or hotel by leaps and bounds!! The owners are super friendly and just stay up the road if anything is needed. Had great conversation one morning when we were outside and owner drove by and stopped see how everything was going. very friendly!!
Very clean, spacious rooms, plenty of seating. Highly recommend this property! The owners were fantastic, Steve came by and talked with me for a while. Great place!
Diana and Steve are the best hosts! Our accommodations were exactly as advertised- clean and comfortable. The riding was great, we even got to ride one day while it was snowing! Lots of trails that are easily accessible and home is in a very nice neighborhood. What a great place to stay!
Location was perfect. Close to grocery, restaurants, gas, etc. but still private road set back in. House was spacious and very clean. Hosts were very nice and welcoming. They even gave us starter plants off their gorgeous banana plant in the front yard. We will definitely be back in the spring!
We loved our stay. Diane and Steve were the best hosts we’ve ever had. The house has great trail access. The listing is 100% accurate. Highly recommend this rental.
We stayed here for a family event. Ages of our group range from 83 to 17. Our hosts were so welcoming and beyond hospitable. Their house was very clean and located close to everything we needed. The street is quite peaceful. We enjoyed the personal touches at this location and appreciated the handicap accessibility with the ramp and walk-in shower. I would definitely recommend!
Oh my gosh not only are the owners so wonderful and personable but the house is absolutely beautiful, decorated well, awesome layout, and spotless. If you’re going to the area the bandits houses are definitely the place to stay. Thank you Diana and Steve
