"We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and clean. Only issue was a dog barking early morning but that isn’t the hotels fault more on the guest with the dog. The breakfast was hot and plentiful in the morning. Staff was friendly and gave suggestions on where to grab something late night. The only issue we really had was parking. The lot was completely full and with construction Nextdoor you were limited where to park. But that’s because a bunch of soccer teams checked in. But they were quiet and respectful of the hours. We did park near an empty building which I wouldn’t suggest because when we went out in the morning someone’s car was on cinder blocks with all the wheels removed. The only other issue is the doors close very heavily to the rooms. It can be loud enough to startle you out of your sleep. At least on the 3rd floor they did can’t speak for the rest of them. "

"My room was FANTASTIC! It had all the Amenities you could want. On different occasions I had the pleasure of asking and interacting with the night desk clerk. She was GREAT at her job and was very helpful with answering questions or concerns that I may have had. She was Fantastic with Customer Service and a pleasant smile! I had one issue during my stay in that on there Direct TV feed or because it was a Marriott Hotel, I had a Channel that would pop up on my TV Guide in my room that said Fox News and had TV lineup of shows that seemed like Fox News could be viewed and tried to go there only to find that it came up with Fox Business News. **STOP the leftist movement and let people view the channels they want to view! I could watch CNN, MSNBC and CNN Headline News but couldn't watch the Channel I wanted to tune into to. The number of channels and the viewing options were very limited. I would recommend the Four Points by far!!! Definitely above and beyond my expectations except for the noted issues!"

"My first time staying at this property, also my first time staying at an EVEN hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was comfortable, hotel was clean, very conveniently located to nearby shopping and the mall. The hot options for breakfast were good, but it would have been nice if the buffet had more of a variety of foods. Overall, I was very satisfied with this property and will definitely return. "
