There was stale fish smell at reception area, the room floor was a bit sticky, Airconditioning was not turned on in the hotel, we were told to open the windows. Breakfast was ok and there is a big sitting area. The room was neat.

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean. However, the room was freezing even after the air condition was turned off. I would return if I were to ever visit Casablanca again.

Housekeeping coming at 530pm when we wanted to get into our room 3 housekeeping refusing to wash our 6 month old baby’s bottles and refusing to give us any detergent or cleaner to Do it ourselves. ..."
