"They put me in the room closest to the highway and with an adjoining room. I could barely sleep with the noise of cars zooming up and down the highway and the person next door blaring the TV watching some kind of action movie. The room was small and had a crack under the door to the outside which let in the cold air and the A/C unit blew cold air even thought I set it for HEAT. Continental breakfast was lame."

"Awful! Host made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome at check in. He monitored us via cameras constantly, and messaged me in the middle of the night with his complaints. He accused us of parking on the lawn, but just the edge of the tires went off the driveway. He accused us of leaving the home unattended and unlocked, but one of us stayed at the house while others left. we vacated the property the day after checkout which he saw on camera as he never sent me any checkout instructions."

"We loved the rental, it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and everything was functional. Also the kitchen was also clean & fully functional. Entry was simple & secure with a keypad entry lock. I spent two nights at the rental to visit my Cousins who live in Port Charlotte. There was a lot of beautiful sites to see in Port Charlotte. We had a night out on Friday at “The Twisted Fork” which is a huge restaurant/bar venue with live music on the weekends that was kinda of a biker themed place, but also family friendly. I would love to return again someday & would definitely rent at this VRBO rental again if available."

"The check in process was very difficult and stressful. The codes to get in did not work. Melissa was very helpful when I called. Furniture in tv room was not comfortable. They did get us a second chair. Pool was nice and warm at first but was cold after the weather got cool. "

"A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel."

"Wonderful home, uniquely decorated, spotlessly clean. Hot tub pristine too.Family group visiting Nana who lives at a ALF apt in Port Charlotte, perfect home for a couple of adult children, grandchildren and a grandbaby to all visit with Mom! "This home was absolutely incredible and perfect for our family! It was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The house is very kid-friendly, which made traveling as a family so easy and stress-free.The kitchen was extremely well equipped—better than many rentals we’ve stayed in. We loved having the large dining table where our whole family could sit together for meals, games, and quality family time. It truly became the heart of our stay.The pool was fantastic and a huge hit with everyone. And the primary bathroom shower… WOW. Hands down one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced—such a luxurious touch and a highlight we all kept talking about!This home is clearly cared for and set up with guests in mind. We had an amazing trip and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. "The host locked us out and took all of our belongings a day before scheduled checkout. Items included computer, important medications, passport, clothes, toiletries and golf travel bags. She only tried contacting me once via email that afternoon while we were golfing. No other attempts were made to contact us. We didn’t get our belongings back until 10pm that night, and we had a 5am departure the next morning. Very very inconvenient "
