"Kylie from front of house check us in; outstanding customer service; location is fantastic for shopping and night life. We are supposed to have something in the room for our wedding anniversary, never arrived, short fall in communication. But over all it’s very central and great stay."

"I’ve stayed at the New World for many years. It is welcoming and reliably clean. The staff is always friendly and amenable. I will say as a frequent quest the facility is starting to show its age. I notice stains more often, minor damage to furniture and cabinets as well as tile work and grout starting to falter. The breakfast buffet remains top notch."

"We were here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the property was beautiful, the room furnished in lovely fashion, and entirely comfortable, and with all the food options in the hotel and the variety of restaurants and commercial outlets within easy reach of doors.... .... still, what stood out was the staff. Always kind, always cheerful, always friendly, always helpful. Everyone was our best friend at first sight, it seemed like. We could not have had a more welcoming and solicitous crew, from the front desks to the shops, to the concierge, to housekeeping, to everyone in a uniform who greeted us with a grin and hand on their heart. We were sorry to leave. We loved our stay."
