We had a strange loud clanking sound that occurred all night long, I was not able to sleep. I even recorded it and showed the front desk—they refused any refund and I had to deal with corporate for days for a $100 off of our stay. Terrible stay, terrible customer service experience. We will never return here! (In all fairness, Omni hotels are usually exceptionally great and we stay at them regularly)."
