"The studio was perfect for the trip. The only problem I had was not being told that I had to pay for parking. I patronize the facility only to charged for an amenity. This will probably keep me away from Hilton brand."

"The shower floor was slippery. Rubber mats should be provided."

"Clean hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Finding registration was not easy and parking until registered was horrible. Hotel has great pool and bar."

"Perfect location for us as we came up to go to mayo clinic. Properties on campus are so expensive this was 15 minutes away and it was a bargain. Perfect for what we needed"

"The hotel is lovely with a good breakfast. We had ordered a handicap accessible room. But that is NOT what we got. The room was too small for my scooter, the toilet was so low, I could not get up. The shower was not a roll in and there were no grab bars anywhere, except for one in the shower. I went to the desk and the clerk, a rude, nasty woman, said that was what we ordered and insisted she had no other handicap rooms. She had a horrible manner and implied I didn't know how to use a website. The next morning I spoke to Caretta, a woman who was so patient. She said she was so sorry, that room was not a handicap. She found one of the handicap rooms would be available after it was cleaned. Someone came and checked it first and we moved in that morning. She was delightful and restored my faith in your hotel."
