Umrao Mahal - A Boutique Heritage Hotel & Resort Jaipur

Jaipur Marriott Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was clean and nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. However, the à la carte menu and coffee bar were very expensive for the quality. The staff could also be more understanding and helpful with guest concerns. When we were struggling to find an ATM, they offered little assistance. We also tried to extend our stay, but the wrong dates were entered, and we were later told there was no availability for the extra night, with no apology for the mistake. Lastly, some staff made comments about how “nice guests” leave tips, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate."
Raffles Jaipur
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel itself is amazing. New modern facilities but recreates a charm that goes back 100s of years. The building, decor and atmosphere is sublime, however the staff are what really makes this amazing hotel. From the welcome at the entrance, to its butler, Muskan, to the waiters and drivers (Amit) mate you feel you are most important guest that has ever stayed at the Raffles hotel Jaipur."
