Nous sommes arrivés à 15h et l'hôtel était fermé, un n° de téléphone plus attribué et un portable sur messagerie et 1/2 h un message pour nous dire qu'ils sont en travaux et de laisser nos coordonnées pour qu'ils puissent nous contacter. J'attends tjrs leur appel! Pas du tout commercial et pourtant j'ai eu une confirmation pour la réservation et donné des empreintes!!! Quel honte! Que pensez vous de cette mésaventure ?

Bonjour la chambre est propre mais vis a vis avec l'immeuble de l'autre coté de la rue et pas de rideaux aux fenetres. Pas de climatisation ni de ventilateurs.

Un séjour ? Quel séjour ?

Il n'ya pas eu de séjour. Vous avez refusé ma réservation pour la nuit du 28 au 29 Mai, pour des raisons inconnues, mais au moins vous m'avez prévenu et j'ai pu trouver un autre hébergement. Pour la nuit du 22 au 23 Mai, je vous ai bien confirmé que je considérais ma réservation comme "ferme et définitive", sauf si vous répondiez autre chose à cette affirmation. Je n'ai alors reçu aucune réponse de votre part. Tout était donc clair : ma nuit à l'hôtel "Le Palmarium" était définitivement réservée. Lorsque je me suis retrouvé devant l'hôtel "Le Palmarium", celui-ci était fermé, jonché de cartons et de débris. J'ai sonné maintes fois, personne n'est venu. Les voisins proches m'ont dit que l'hôtel était fermé depuis longtemps. J'ai donc dû trouver en catastrophe un autre hébergement. L'Office du Tourisme d'Amélie-les-Bains a bien vérifié mes docuemnts de réservation, et m'a bien confirmé qu'il n'y avait aucune erreur ou méprise de ma part. Ils ont téléphoné à plusieurs responsable de l'hôtel, qui n'ont pas répondu. Je me passerai donc de "Hotels.com". Comptez bien sur moin pour faire la publicité appropriée à votre site...

Arrivée le 2/08/2020 pour 2 nuits..et nous serions bien restés 2 jours de plus..acceuil eblouissant de cindy..hotel retro plein de charme en centre ville avec parking..chambre spacieuse avec balcon.propre..on se sens comme chez soi..assenseur qui va directement du parking a votre chambre..petit déjeuner copieux et nous y retournerons avsc plaisir..

Très bon séjour à Amélie les Bains

Super séjour en plein centre ville Amélie les Bains , tout près du centre thermale . Je vous recommande vivement le buffet entrée + plats à midi , remarquable de produits frais et de qualité. Parking en sous sol gratuit , seul petit bémol c'est la chambre non climatisée !

Nouveaux propriétaires : accueillants, compétents, professionnels. L'hôtel bien équipé (manque quand même une climatisation par ces fortes châleurs dans les chambres à l'ouest !) chambres très propres, salle de bain spacieuse. Restaurant agréable et de bon goût. Après un excellent accueil, nous avons découvert la partie hôtel qui a été rafraîchie mais qui mériterait d'être rénovée tout en étant d'un très bon confort. (Wifi à revoir.) Le petit déjeuner est extra !!! : grande variété, fraîcheur des produits, en quantité largement suffisante pour faire un "Brunch". Etablissement qui mérite de faire un détour pour une étape ; ou mieux, un séjour; Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
