"What a great hotel. This definitely deserves an extra star, it should be a 4 star hotel, not 3. The room was a little small but big enough for me, my things and to have a bit of space to walk around. Everything is clean and modern and the location is great. The pool was also a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again."

"I had the whole property to myself as I stayed on a weekday night! It was kinda scary as I was the only guest and it’s a big room and property. It’s very clean and comfortable. However, the lights went off shortly after I went into the shower room. As I’m not tall, the sensor can’t detect my moving arms so I ended up showering in the dark. I would recommend staying here when it’s slightly busy. "

There is a chapel on the lower floor where our group had daily mass with the priest that led our family pilgrimage. The area is easily walkable and close to Fatima. "The property is better than expected, staff - excellent. Super minor issue - when we checked in, we told them we don’t need room service during our 2-night stay. The person who checked us in said they don’t provide room service. The next day, as we were getting ready to head out, the cleaning staff came to clean our room to which we said we didn’t need. The following day, we returned from our outing to a cleaned room. We then wondered if she thought we meant in-room food service? Overall, we had an excellent experience."
