"The property is lovely and the pool is great. The room was very dated. Non of our beds were made, there were no shampoos or bodywash..only hand soap for the sink. The kettle had chunks of white gunk coming out of it when we tried to make a cup of tea. I tried repeatedly to contact the hotel regarding our reservation with little to no reply. The manager said she would look into it for us after we checked out a day early, but we still haven't heard anything."

My one little criticism is if it's raining there is nowhere outside that is covered. What i mean is there are no overhanging shelters of any kind. So if you are a smoker then rain will mean you need an umbrella. Other than that, plenty of parking, good location close to the memorial museum and only 30 mins from the ferry"
