"This is a great place to stay when coming from the ferry. We were foot passengers and picking up a car at 5:00 on a bank holiday. We had a sea view which looked at the ferries going by and many fishing boats. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel is in a lovely area not far from the beach and about 45 minutes drive from Channel Tunnel. Really efficient check in. Rooms are well furnished, clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable. Large free car park. Breakfast is very good with a wide range of choices which would suit anyone. "

"A but tired but fairly clean although paintwork to bathroom door quite stained. Kettle in room but bring your own cups and supplies unless you want one drink in a polystyrene cup. Basic room in a convenient location from Eurotunnel if you get a later crossing. "

"This is good value for money, but it’s showing its age, so it’s a good compromise, the staff are friendly and helpful, the place is clean and I would be happy to stay here again. The real down side is the lack of air conditioning and no lift for the upper floors. Good local breakfast, set me up for the day and a long drive. "
