"The condo was everything and more that was advertised online. It was very laid back, quiet and off the beaten path from all tourists. The non-renter residents were friendly and talkative. The maintenance man and his dog made a nightly pass, friendly and talkative. We did have a visit from the HOA President for hanging towels on the balcony to dry, was not aware it was a HOA penalty violation.
