The only negative was the beds & pillows weren’t very comfortable for us but that’s just our personal preference. We’d definitely book again. "This was an amazing stay. We got a room upgrade which was great and highly appreciated. The only downside was the food and drinks service. On a couple of occasions our orders were wrong and we had some miscommunication when trying to explain that one of the children in our group had food allergies. Other than that everything was perfect."
