Peninsula Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

"It has been one of the best resort experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thank you to Aman, Sofia, Effie, Fotini, and Claudia at the front desk for making our first visit to Crete so welcoming and memorable. We'd also like to thank Chef Stelvio, Chef Eva, Christian, and the restaurant team. I have a gluten allergy, and Chef Stelvio took the time to explain the food labels and even noticed that I had chosen something that wasn't gluten-free before I ate it. That level of care, along with Chef Eva's attentiveness, made me feel safe and able to truly enjoy every meal. The sea is close by , two beautiful swimming pools and the staff also have many excursion options available for booking at the front desk. The beautiful resort, exceptional service, and genuine kindness of the entire staff made this an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to come back and will gladly recommend the Peninsula Resort to our family and friends!"

"Stunning all-inclusive place with exceptional food and customer service. Rooms were meticulously cleaned, The beach was incredible and the restaurants had different themed food days throughout the week. The Spa is also something that must be experienced as the Cretan message is unique on its own.-We were really able to unwind and enjoy after hopping the islands. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking can be difficult to find at certain times of day, but usually you find something. Pool was lovely. Rooms cleaned well, towels for pool provided. Coffee shops/bakeries, supermarket, laundromat at the end of the street. Lots of sets of approx 2-5 steps throughout the property, so although not multi-storey, is a bit of a work out managing luggage. Thanks for a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to come back again."

"We had a cave room which had everything we wanted. The only gripe I had was the pillows. I prefer feather but I know this is a personal choice. The staff were kind, obliging and our cleaner did a great job every day. We did have a few meals in the restaurant which were al a carte and so very nice. The views were wonderful from our pool and the whole holiday was chilled, peaceful and calming."
