"The check-in left me at the gate for 1.5 hours when the key code was not working. It took a while to reach someone on the contact numbers. On day 2 the key code for the main house was not working. It took even longer to get someone on the phone but they were unable to get assistance for 3 hours. I was between the door and my car for 3.45 hours. The temperature was a cold 41 degrees This ruined what would have been a good stay."

"I paid for the whole place yet when I arrived, Maria argued with me that I had not, for an hour. Her argument was that I had less people than 10 so I didnt need all bedrooms.
