"This place is just lovely, the owner is very kind and knowledgable, and they can arrange any tours. I enjoyed the desert safari, and you can ride in the jeep if you don't want to ride the camels. They offer pickup and drop off from the train station, which is amazing. The rooms are large and comfortable, and there is a nice rooftop cafe and lounge, which is great for meeting other travelers. The concierge was very friendly and efficient and even gave us a ride back on his motor bike when he passed us walking back :)

"Made to feel very welcome from arrival through to departure. Everything was brilliant. Lovely spacious room , good nights sleep. Breakfast was really fresh and great quality with plenty of choices. Excellent evening meal were enjoyed with amazing view across to fort.
Advice and tour particularly the camel trip was brilliant and we really enjoyed the trip arranged for us by the hotel and riding camels in the desert and meeting fellow travellers.

"Expedia site does not mention that the property has no car access. You have to take a tuk tuk from a few miles away (from the car parking area). This is false advertising.
Most of the staff were wonderful. I wanted to pay in cash (since I'd exchanged a bunch of foreign exchange), but they charged my credit card without my permission.
With proper policies and accurate description, customers will be a bit happier with the property."
