"Great location. Walking distance to the tram and the Main Street. Parking is a bit confusing, need to use the parking lot next to the hotel, not at the hotel building. Then ask the front desk for a discounted parking tickets for the specific parking lot. Little bit complicated. "

"Great location for transport to all tourist attractions and main line station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only "dislikes" were no English language channels on TV and quite a step up/down into/out of the bathroom. Minor niggles when set against the positive aspects of this hotel. Would definitely recommend it. "

"My 2nd visit to Japan, but my first visit to Nagasaki. What a beautiful city and well worth a visit. From paying your respects at the National Peace Memorial Hall and seeing the Atomic Bomb Museum etc. Let alone the ropeway up to Mt Inasa. I stayed 3 nights, but could have done with another night. The Hotel New Nagasaki offers good value for money in a central location. Also, very convenient to nearby the Railway Station. The staff were all very helpful and polite. My room was large, clean and spacious. With a comfortable bed. For the price, breakfast was good value. My only negative, was the charge (2000 yen) to use the fitness room. Which only had limited equipment. Needless to say, I didn’t bother I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel New Nagasaki. "

"It is of all we expected, and much more as well. The breakfast was certainly one of those happy “mores”. The surrounding izakaya restaurants were of great variety and reasonable prices. Taxi and train station were right next to the hotel, super easy to go around sightseeings in the city, as well as to transfer to other cities. "

"Great spot to watch cruise ships arrive,fireworks,walk to glover gardens and close to transport. Staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help,I liked the old euro furnishings."
