  • Light and airy escape blends tranquil decor with quintessential Amagansett coziness. This newly completed gem was gut renovated and expanded with exceptional attention to detail by a developer and designer. The first floor features two large living areas, a dining room, office, master suite and chef's kitchen. The lower level offers maximum privacy with a large space equipped with a queen and twin bed, a yoga room and laundry room. Upstairs has two light-filled bedrooms (one queen room and one room with two large twins) with a shared large bathroom.

    Amenities include: two wood-burning fireplaces, backyard fire pit, heated pool, steam shower, large tub, chef's kitchen, state-of-the-art outdoor grill, three cruiser bikes with baskets, four TV's, Nespresso and two washer-dryer sets.
