Beautiful newly renovated 1860s farmhouse with a great combination of period features and modern facilities. The house features four sizeable bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms and an office. The primary bedroom features a large bathroom, walk-in closet, and a balcony overlooking the back yard. The open-plan kitchen has modern appliances and two breakfast bars and is conveniently placed between the dining room and the main living room. To one side of the dining room is a high-ceilinged sitting room with fireplace, to the other is a drinks bar (wine fridge/dishwasher) opening out onto the deck.
The gated property is on .5 acres to the south of the highway, and has plenty of parking, a landscaped backyard, a free form heated pool with a water feature, and an outdoor shower. It is close to the ocean beach, steps from a local farm stand, and walking/biking distance to the train, jitney, and Amagansett village.
